We have enlarged our boat department and now have live wells, outrigger supplies, rod holders, life jackets, ring buoys, cushions, anchors, yetti coolers and igloo marine coolers.
Rods, reels and combos are available for all kinds of fishing.

>> Sue Foster, Oyster Bay Tackle, OC, sent us news from her area and folks fishing south: “Water Temp: 68.9 There's flounder action in the bay when the wind gives us a break. Lots and lots of spot. Blues in the inlet and bay when the wind switches from the East. A surprising amount of red puppy drum have been around. A few croaker are in the bay along with rays whether we want them or not! Surf fishing is mostly summer fare with spot, kingfish, croaker, ling cod, skates and sharks. A few blues on some days. Offshore, the sea bass bite is pretty good along with some flounder. Further offshore, bluefin and big eye tuna!”

>> Construction to close access to Collins Beach, Rosedale Beach boat ramps July 8 through July 31 DOVER (June 28, 2013) – Two DNREC boat ramps will be inaccessible for most of July because of construction projects to improve them for public use. Access to the Collins Beach Boat Ramp near Smyrna and its parking area and the Rosedale Beach Boat Ramp near Millsboro and its parking area will be closed from July 8 through July 31 to allow contractors to complete parking lot improvements and upgrades, DNREC’s Division of Fish and Wildlife announced today. Both projects are expected to be complete, with full access restored, on Aug. 1. Boaters who regularly use the Collins Beach ramp for access to the Delaware River are asked to use the Woodland Beach Boat Ramp, located on Woodland Beach Road in Woodland Beach, or the Augustine Boat Ramp on Route 9 in Port Penn. Boaters who regularly use the Rosedale Beach ramp for access to the Indian River Bay are asked to use the Massey’s Landing Boat Ramp, located on Long Neck Road in Long Neck

Canyon Club Resort Marina, Cape May, New Jersey, will serve as the host facility and tournament headquarters for boats fishing out of Cape May. Sunset Marina, Ocean City, Maryland, has again been enlisted to serve as tournament headquarters for those who desire to fish from that port.
