Mike Ambler landed the heaviest so far this Fall after he hooked this 49 pounder near 8B Buoy at the end of this morning's flood tide. The 50 inch behemoth bass fell for a jumbo live spot. Kudos to Mike for the exceptional catch!”
>> Fishing Report by Sue Foster, Oyster Bay Tackle. OC: “Water Temp: 57.0. Puppy drum were caught in Ocean City over the weekend. Sharks and skates as well. The tautog bite is still happening! Some stripers were being caught around the Route 50 Bridge on live eels or lures but we didn't hear much this week-end. Route 90 has seen some striper action but the water temperatures are diving fast. This could be over soon. Sea bass are biting offshore when the boats can get out. Tautog too.
