> >From Sue Foster ast Oyster Bay Tackle Ocean City: "Flounder fishing was very slow this week due to windy weather. We had some striper action, but not as many were weighed in as last week. Some sharks and skates were definitely happening! Indian River Inlet had a couple
really good nights on stripers. Snapper blues and stripers were biting around the Route 50 Bridge. Tautog was good at the South Jetty. The first yellowfin tunas were reported. Surf didn't see as many big stripers in Ocean City as last week. We did hear more about sharks. Not many people were fishing during the week as it was very windy and rainy. Delaware Beaches have been producing a little better though many anglers complained of lot of skates. Assateague continued to have action once the weather calmed down a bit. Apparently, Thursday was a

very good day on the beach in upper DEL and also Assateague. The bite was good on Sunday too. Saturday was slower all around.

>> For our friends visiting the Keys; Frankie Carter caught a 44" wahoo weighing in at
25# and a dolphin at Key Colony, Fl.with rods, reels and lures he bought at Bill's before he left Frankie was fishing with his dad, Nick Carter.

FYI.
